After moving from Godaddy to blueshost I couldn’t send or receive email from Zoho mail account. After a quick research found that I forgot to update the bluehost MX, SPF and TXT record. Here is the step by step guide to update the Zoho mail MX records in Bluehost.
Login to your Bluehost account and click on advance tab on the left side of the page.
Scroll down to email tab and click on Email Routing.
Since you have not updated your MX record system will automatically give an alert to update the mx records like below. Now click on the Zone Editor.
Now select the domain name and click the respective MX record.
Zoho MX Records:
Priority : 10 Destination: mx.zoho.com
Priority: 20 Destination: mx2.zoho.com
Priority: 50 Destination: mx3.zoho.com
Update all there MX records one by one.
Last step is to update the SPF TXT value. Click on the edit button and update the below TXT value and hit save record.
TXT Value : v=spf1 include:zoho.com ~all
Now you have successfully updated the MX and SPF TXT record and your Zoho mail should be able send and receive email.
